Privacy Policy for GMD Gestures

GMD Gestures is developed by GoodMoodDroid.

Data collection

GMD Gestures does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information or device data over the internet.

The app does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking services, or developer-operated network services. Information required for the app's functionality is processed locally on the user's device.

Local data

User preferences, configured gestures, actions, and other app settings are stored locally in the app's private storage.

Android may include this locally stored information in system backups or device-to-device transfers, depending on the user's Android and Google backup settings. GoodMoodDroid does not have access to these backups.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic information is not transmitted automatically. It leaves the app only if the user deliberately copies or shares it through another application.

Data retention and deletion

Local app data remains on the device until the user clears the app's storage or uninstalls the app. Android backup copies can be managed through the device's backup settings.

GMD Gestures does not provide user accounts and does not retain user information on developer-operated servers.

Third-party services

GMD Gestures may communicate locally with system components or user-authorized services such as Shizuku to provide its functionality. GMD Gestures does not use these services to transmit user data to GoodMoodDroid.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the app's data-handling practices change. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
